2. Data We Collect

•Registration data — name, email address, phone number
•Advisor credentials — SEBI/AMFI/ICAI/FPSB registration number and certificate, uploaded at onboarding
•Booking data — session date, time, duration, advisor selected, booking status
•Session agenda — topics, questions and preferences submitted before a session; shared only with the advisor you have booked
•Payment transaction references — Razorpay order ID and payment ID only. Card numbers, bank account details and UPI IDs are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored by FINSAGE
•Reviews — star rating and written comment submitted after a completed session
•Usage data — pages visited, features used, browser type and device information for platform improvement

3. How We Use Your Data

•Facilitate session bookings between investors and advisors
•Send booking confirmations, reminders and session updates by email
•Process payments securely via Razorpay
•Display verified reviews on advisor profiles
•Send service and platform updates relevant to your account

4. Data Sharing

•Session agenda is shared only with the advisor you have booked — no other party
•Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance framework
•We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes
•We may share data with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if legally required under Indian law

5. Data Retention

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email privacy@myfinsage.com. Payment reference records are retained for the statutory 7-year period and cannot be deleted early.

6. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you have the following rights:

•Right to access — request a summary of personal data we hold about you
•Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
•Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
•Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent to data processing at any time; withdrawal will not affect lawfulness of prior processing

7. Data Security

•All data in transit is protected by SSL/TLS encryption
•Database access is restricted and secured with role-based access controls
•Regular security reviews are conducted on platform infrastructure
•Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor — FINSAGE never stores card numbers, CVVs, bank account details or UPI IDs

For complaints, concerns or data requests contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@myfinsage.com. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 48 business hours.
