2. Data We Collect

• •Registration data - name, email address, phone number
• •Employer data- your employer’s verified email domain, used to confirm you are eligible for your company’s FINSAGE programme
• •Advisor credentials - SEBI/AMFI/ICAI/FPSB registration number and certificate, uploaded at onboarding
• •Booking data- session date, time, duration, advisor selected, booking status, and - for 1:1 sessions - the credit consumed from your company’s pool
• •Session agenda - topics, questions and preferences submitted before a session; shared only with the advisor you have booked
• •Advisor payout references- Razorpay payout ID used to pay advisors their flat fee. Employees never transact payment through FINSAGE; advisors’ bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored by FINSAGE
• •Reviews - star rating and written comment submitted after a completed session
• •Usage data - pages visited, features used, browser type and device information for platform improvement

3. How We Use Your Data

• •Facilitate Group Session and credit-funded 1:1 session bookings between employees and advisors
• •Send booking confirmations, reminders and session updates by email
• •Pay advisors their flat session fee securely via Razorpay
• •Display verified reviews on advisor profiles
• •Give your employer’s HR administrator aggregate usage data (session counts, credit balance, employee roster) to manage the programme
• •Send service and platform updates relevant to your account

4. Data Sharing

• •Session agenda is shared only with the advisor you have booked - not with your employer or any other party
• •Your employer’s HR administrator can see that you have joined the programme and aggregate usage statistics, but not the content of your session agenda, notes, or 1:1 conversations
• •Advisor payouts are processed by Razorpay under their own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance framework
• •We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes
• •We may share data with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if legally required under Indian law

5. Data Retention

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email privacy@myfinsage.com. Advisor payout reference records are retained for the statutory 7-year period and cannot be deleted early.

• •All data in transit is protected by SSL/TLS encryption
• •Database access is restricted and secured with role-based access controls
• •Regular security reviews are conducted on platform infrastructure
• •Advisor payout data is handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor - FINSAGE never stores advisor bank account details, card numbers or UPI IDs. Employees never enter payment details on FINSAGE, since sessions are funded entirely by the employer’s contract with FINSAGE
